Hey John. The day of the accident was July 5, 2005. 10-year-old Stormy Christensen was going home after visiting a candy store. Her cousin, Samatha Williams was driving her home when she came to a railroad crossing. Samatha tried to beat an oncoming BNSF freight train and got hit. Stormy was founded dead and Samatha was injured. The Hudson Elementary School and the town of Hudson, Colorado built a cross and a memorial dedicated to Stormy.
