Every once in a great while, you come across a photo that looks more like a really good model than the "real thing." This is certainly one of those. INTERESTING idea modifying what sure looks like a Pullman-built former Long Island RR coach to have an "open vestibule." Why ??

"Looks like a model". It sure does! Reminds me of the John Deere paint scheme on some of the MTH O-Gauge items.
