Nice to see an old ex-IRCA locomotive still in action. Never imagined this engine to be running in the U.S. Is this line narrow gage? Great shot!

The Georgetown Loop is indeed 3 foot gauge. Locomotives 40 and 44 are no longer operated on this line however.
