Posted by Bill Caywood on August 29, 2011  I believe that the center vehicle in the foreground is known as a "Rat Rod", a form of "Do it Yourself" automotive design. Twenty years from now will the "Rat Rod" date Allen's fine photograph ? Time will tell.
