That is quite far away from Boulogne sur Mer, France ! Surprising to learn that a "Boulougne" sur Mer exists in Argentina. Is it on the Atlantic sea side?

That's correct Jean Mar. Boulogne Sur Mer is a locality inside the city of Buenos Aires, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.
The reason of having in Argentina a locality with this name, is that in this French city died Jose de San Martin, an illustrious Argentinian of beginning of the 19th century
