That is actually a C36-7, not a C30-7. Conrail's C30-7s had the headlight blank on the short nose, making them somewhat easy to spot vs. their other 6 axle Dash 7s, and they only ordered 10 of them. The later C30-7As didn't have the headlight blank on the nose, looking more like the C36-7s like the 6627.
