Your right about the restored classic thing, because Amtrak did removed it's original prime mover, but that doesn't mean it no longer has one, becuase Amtrak installed a new CAT prime mover after it was restored, so it is powered, but it's traction motors were removed, so all it needs is for the push-pull and HEP.
