The book "Pennsy Power" has two delivery photos that show the 'Prosperity Special' locomotives when they were transported via the PRR from the Baldwin Locomotive Works. Of special note, the Propserity Special was actually cut in half to 25 locomotives in order to get the shipment of locomotives over the steep grade of the Allegheny Mountains on the PRR. One photo in the book shows half of the order of 50 locomotives going around the Horseshoe Curve in Altoona, Pa with the assistance of six Pennsy L-1 (2-8-2) class locomotives.
