Your picture certainly captures the sad story of the area...the derelict freight station, leaning utility pole, the lopped off trees, and the overgrown foliage.

It's not too obvious from this angle, but the station is leaning too. This probably led to the station's ultimate demise.

SECOND COMMENT: REALLY GREAT photo. I would hang a large print of this on my living room wall, framed in weathered barnboard. The SNOW really COMPLETES THE IMAGE and MAKES IT EVEN MORE INTERESTING THAN IT WOULD BE OTHERWISE. DEFINITE PCA ! Makes me want to go there and see IF the structure is still standing.
