That's a great location, the imposing structure of the power plant is really eyecatching! Is that the same power plant that has the intake towers up the Mississippi just below the Chain of Rocks Bridge? It has the same almost gothic architecture as I recall, but after 30 years since being there my memory's not quite as good as it could be.
