The evenly-spaced windows on this, the aisle side, of the sleeper, betray the deadheading Pennsy car as a 4-Double Bedroom, 4-Compartment, 2-Drawing Room type. Also of note, the combine is of the pre-war, (Worcester, MA-built) Pullman-Standard lightweight style, nicknamed "American Flyers" introduced by the New Haven Railroad. Seaboard Air Line had the only combines of this design, while the Bangor & Aroostook fielded the only Baggage-Mail examples. Those BAR head-end cars were sold to the Wabash, when the Maine carrier ended passenger service.

Thanks for the correction, J.C. ... such a short train certainly evokes some interesting history.
