The LONGER I look at this photo, the more it raises the question "What is this European train doing on the Northeast Corrridor ( ex-PRR Mainline) somewhere a few miles south of 30th Street ?" Even the design and red sandstone masonry of the tower, not to mention the "grafitti, look RIGHT.
