I have been enjoying all your great Rio Grande posts but this one is special. I had no idea any place west of the Mississippi had fall colors to this extent. What a spot. I mean the aspins in Colorado are great but this is the best foliage I think I've seen anywhere.

I have never seen such vibrant color in Utah ever before. This reminds me of the super-saturated color of Horseshoe Curve in PA (a-la Mike Danneman). Simply 'Grande!
