May I venture a guess that it isn't a coincidence that an extremely similar photo of the respective NS heritage units taken 20 years later directly follows this in RP uploads?

These CNJ F3's were directly responsible for the color chosen for the NS CNJ Heritage locomotive. There was a definite attempt made to replicate the scene with the two modern heritage locomotives.
