Those look like concrete tie flatcars on the track to the right, is that new concrete tie plant open yet?

My understanding is it began operation last month. Or possibly in December. I'm not sure.

Yeah, it looks like it started production at the end of this past year. Should make for some more unique cars in Pueblo.
