You continue to out-do yourself Mike. This is the most interestingly lit and composed train photo I've seen in months, outstanding!

I reside with Nick's assessment, Mike! Just outstanding! Love everything about the image: lighting, contrast, color, composition; all are just fantastic. Well done and PCA vote is headed your way.

Excellent shot Mike! Love the continued effort to find creative ways to explore railroad photography.

What is it about abandoned gas stations that makes them so perfect for railroad photos? They work so well. If you had to sum up southern Wyoming in one shot, this would be as good of a photograph as any. Awesome job.

This sums up the American "Wild West" in a natural history way for us Europeans. It would be very interesting to know the history of this station. It cannot be really old, at least the building shown as it is made out of "breeze block".
