To me this is a recreation of Exchange Place opposite Manhattan. The DD1 has cut off from it's train as 3750 prepares to head for Meadows engine terminal for servicing. Only recently has the open area there been developed.

I sure wish the 3750 was in Altoona....it would be neat if she and her sister (1361) could be restored and re-unite for steam excursions through the Allegheny's.
