I do love the Heritage Units, but will always enjoy seeing pictures of the original MoPac's out on the rails doing what trains are supposed to do. It's nice these fallen flags are remembered in your pictures. Thank you for sharing your picture Mr. Edmonson.

This is a modelers nightmare, 4 SD40-2's one with the screamin' eagle hearld on the long hood and buzz saw logo under the cab window, one with the buzz saw logo and the screamin' eagle together under the cab window, another with blue trucks, two of them with the bell behind the dynamic brake blister, and one with the bell forward of the dynamic brake blister, and all of them in a different number series. I have got to get a MoPac roster book!

Robert, Actually all Missouri Pacific locomotives had blue trucks. The others may appear to be a different color because they are dirty. Only the first and last unit have dynamic brakes and they are built to very similar specs. Three of the units have the 1976 "Screaming Eagle Buzzsaw". The second unit has the older buzzsaw log.
