They need to build a pole tent for it at least.

The NRM in York (England) as well as having two former railway buildings in which to house their locos and other rolling stock, have a large white (permanent) tent built around a sturdy metal frame. In which locos can be placed to keep them out of the weather! Although they do close it to the public in really windy weather!
