Always like your open doors, see through, photo-studies ... this is a nice one, Anthony, well done.

You are perfecting the art of light-painting a train....well done!

One of your best yet of this style! I applaud you for your creative efforts on these types of photos. The new CSX engine works really well here with everything spotless. This one belongs on the wall of Corporate offices.

Thanks everyone! These shots can be aggravating sometimes but I always enjoy the challenge. Chase- give them my info, I am sure we could work something out! haha Thanks again!

This photo trend is the best photo trend. Oh man.

I'm probably the only schnook who was disappointed there actually wasn't a see-through locomotive. Well done!

Mr Dickson, this is SLICK; I guess I'm new to the technique, but I'm sure going to look at all of your other submissions and see if any of them come as close as this one in being 'artsy'...thx for sharing it!!! Tim

Next - one with a crew member. Pick your subject carefully, please!

Yup, this will be a PCA winner. Nice job, man.

Thanks for the comments! wm7473- I appreciate the interest in my work! Sometimes I get a little too 'artsy' for RP. If you would like you can visit my Flickr account for more. (http://www.flickr.com/photos/adickson87/) I believe most of my railroad related material is on RP but some of the 'artsy' ones ended up on flickr. Mitch- I have thought of that, many times. Unfortunately I do not possess the tools nor do I have access to the assistance to pull a shot like that off. I know its possible, but it will take a few more hands and some sort of lighting setup blended with the light painting. Most of the shots I have done this far have just been me and a flashlight. My Dad helped on one and Casey Thomason and I had a failed attempt in Spencer. I seem to work best on my own haha. One day I will figure something out! Stay tuned... Thanks again!

Well done Anthony and congrats on the POTW. It's good to see some creativity and that light painting has not totally given way to the flashes.

I love this shot, and CSX should love this shot (and show the love with some $$). The logo superimposed on the internals of the locomotive using your lighting technique is a spectacular combination. I would have liked to see your face when you first saw the final image, had to be a good feeling!

Your best yet at this technique. Very creative use of light!

Its a fantastic photo, but i'm so confused...how did you get it??

Thank you all for the comments. I have been on vacation and unable to reply due to horrid cell service. I was thrilled to get home and see a PCA! Thanks again!
