Posted by Rich Brown on April 29, 2013  Interesting in that this is the FIRST NY&A train I have EVER seen with ONLY ONE locomotive. As a rule, LIRR / MTA requires NY&A to run TWO in the event that one fails, the freight will not block the primarily passenger line.
