Very nice shot Todd!!! Ferromex and BNSF has an interchange program of horsepower between them, usually all the grain trains coming from the US to Mexico enters with the engines until final destination, in the opposite side Ferromex "pays" in the same way to BNSF, I'm almost sure is called "Reciprocal Horsepower Interchange Program", this is the rason is more and more common to see Mexican engines in the USA and viceversa.
