Posted by on July 1, 2013  That ex-Union Pacific, Budd-built, baggage-RPO car behind the 1744, means that VIA did not get the entire group from UP. Posted by Joe Leftley on July 3, 2013  I had to look twice. This photo could easily be mistaken for an older CPR photo.
