anyone know what's up with the metra (???) bilevel coach(es?) on the property???

@Sport!: These were purchased a few years back and are currently undergoing a refurbishing project at the railroad's Owosso shops for a proposed commuter line known as MITrain through a partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation and SEMCOG. There are about 50 more of them stored in North Yard.
