Jim, as a DC resident, I have often watched trains moving about the throat of the yard at Washington Union Station and wondered about the interior of K Tower. It can be a very busy place! The most that can be seen of the tower from outside is the glow of fluorescent lights, so this photo gives me a great perspective! It is good to see a rail passenger station so busy in this era of reduced service-- thanks for sharing!
