For me to understand: What do you mean when you say "from my collection". Is that of your family members, or do you just publish random peoples photos under your name?

I share photos that others have taken, they are not copyrighted, and according to RP, "those where you have legal possession of the original" is acceptable. I'm not making money, simply sharing scans of the slides. These are all originals and names are shared if available so that if a photographer sees his work, they can request me to take them down. David Hedlund Collection is another that would be a reference for you to look at.
