Atlas did an HO model in this paint scheme. This model was rather nice if not totally accurate. To begin with the Atlas F-unit was an FP-7, not an F-9, and if I remember correctly the rear of the unit may have been silver rather than blue. I purchased two of them, planning to paint them in Clinchfield black and yellow. With that said I ended up buying two specially painted Athearn F-7 shells in Clinchfield. The two F-7 units look great as the Clinchfield passenger units, even if one of them is slightly short. Of course the Clinchfield actually had only one FP-7 and one F-7 in black & yellow, close enough. Thus I never painted the Atlas "Yellowbonnets"and still own them, test run only. I do however wonder what the two Atlas "Yellowbonnets" are worth today! I am very glad to see Joe McMillan is now posting his wonderful photography on RailPictures, as I have several of his books.
