Hi Kevin when I saw the thumbnail image I thought it was an oil train crash! I don't think that this sort of thing will go down too well with the environment officials, not very green, is realy? It's my personal opinion ! We would not get away with this sort of thing in England the local authorities would be on your back, so to speak, campaigner would argue for closure on environmental reasoning!
