It's really sad to look at this picture and realize just how much that spot has changed. When the crosstown was realigned, the mainline there was severed. Part of it is still in service as mill tracks, and that diamond is long gone. The mill's rail connection is now via a ramp to the elevated ROW. It's always great to see historical photos like this!
