Beautiful set of A-B-A FP9's. They used to be what we called the "Green Train" when it was in St. Louis, MO. back a few years ago. Won a free dinner trip on it and it was great! I snapped a picture of the lead unit while in KC back in October but it was parked near the old train depot. Thanks for sharing Zach.

I'm sorry sir, but you are mistaken. These are former CN/VIA units that the KCS bought in the 1990s and used to run around the the all black paint scheme. The Rail Cruise America set from St. Louis were former B&O and CGW (the B-Units) and KCS owned them for a short time roughly 2006 or 2007, before selling them to the Norfolk Southern where they were mechanically upgraded and aesthetically backdated to their current configuration on the business train.

Oh yeah, and the other engine you probably shot a picture of was KCS 34, which was once the 4th, sort of "extra" business train engine that KCS had, and was once numbered #4. It is on display at Kansas City Union Station. Same heritage (CN/VIA) as the other ones.

Great shot Zach. KCS is a class outfit to beautifully restore these Fs. Thanks for posting.
