The containers (and trailers) all show empty on the manifest. This is most likely a "mobile storage" move during the slow time of the year. This train is currently parked at Pampa, TX.

Thank you for that info. I just always have figured that containers stay filled and are rarely moved empty, the more you know I guess :).
