It must have been a REAL TREAT for the NBS and MM&A crews to get to operate equipment SO NEW, compared to what they are used to.

It was a treat for them. Some of them had trouble getting into the computer to release the handbrakes from the locomotives.

I miss the days of seeing BNSF and CSXT power running down into Saint John with the oil trains! NBSR is pretty much all EMD's, so when the GE's showed up, some of the train crews and crews that serviced the engines had a hard time with them.
