Excellent coverage of this event, start to finish. Apparently, the "Best railroad photos on the 'Net" cover more then just those with blue skies and majestic backgrounds. Thanks for sharing!

Steve Case you do know that you have got to eventually put all of this into a book form and have it published. Each photo should have a small narative about he picture and what is happening at the time. There are at least a thousand rail fans that would buy the book at any price just to say they have it. If you can please try to stay with 4014 with updates on it's trip to being rebuilt and put back under fire again.

Thanks Mitch & Dave! Does this mean you won't be ordering the Trains Magazine book on this subject? I'm schocked!!! A book is in the works, a fund raiser for the R&LHS is how it will be sold.
