The 1069 was put trailing because the crew had reported it having a defect of unknown reason. It was never reported to Ft. Worth Mechanical, but was reported to Dilworth Yard instead, which then made them make the decision to have the DPU lead. The DPU was going to be cut-off in Dilworth. (That's where the power move happened, not St. Paul). Nice catch, Gary.
