Great light and balance visually with the added movement of the streaked trains. The light makes the scene appear like a model set for Godzilla to rampage through. PCA from me!

Are those tarps by the tunnel protecting rail equipment or the homeless? They look so out-of-place in the otherwise manicured cityscape.
