I've noticed this pattern over the past few months, oil loads will go east of Willard, OH via the old Conrail/NYC to Cleveland, Buffalo, Selkirk, NYC to Philadelphia, PA. Empties will take the B&O west over Sand Patch to Pittsburg, PA then back to Willard, OH then west to Chicago.

Routing the WB empties via the old B&O has made railfanning very interesting in the Philly-Baltimore-DC area.
