I don't know how I missed seeing this one. I was too young to take pictures, but my father took me to Bristol a few times in 1957 to see sights like this. I also rode 41 from Washington to Bristol in August of that year, and we had J 604 up front. I thought those times would last forever---but I was young (10 years old) and naive. Instead, it was the final curtain call.
