Is the Ohio South Central a Respondek operation? I know the 2153 and the 104 used to be on the Indiana Eastern which is Respondek's.

Nice composition. The vivid paint makes me wonder if these weren't painted for Winter conditions. Cool.

Pete: From what I understand Respondek has a hand in it and all the power OSCR has belongs to Respondek but there is another owner that has put up money to get them going and calls a lot of the shots.
