Buffie, you say "one year ago" in your description, but your link is from March 31, 2013. So it took two years for the F units to follow? Any idea what took so long?

Yes your right about the date! I will note the two years. (time flies) In terms of why.... I had read that they needed to resolve a few things with the UP. One thing I did notice was how the flatcars seemed to have a pronounced 'sag'.
