38th Street Yard Office?? I don't remember a yard office at 38th st. ... 36th yes, and possibly one at 40th street(Pullman), but as far as I remember there was no yard office at 38th street.

This photo screams 'GIMME SHELTER' to me you see as I was hitchiking to KC to see my girl and I was out there about this time spending the night be hind a laundry an it was hasfreaking cold. A sleeper on this here train sure would of been mo betta. The things us guys do for our ladies. Another great photo Bill. Thanks.
