Posted by EL ROCO Photography on October 28, 2015  I have ridden in two of the six TPHX cars that Mr. Payne purchased on different occasions (three are in the gorge and one seems to be missing). These two cars reside at Orange Empire Railway Museum (OERM) in Perris California where they are often used to carry visitors on the museum's line to Perris and back. When I first rode in the cars as part of the day with Thomas the Tank Engine outing, I noticed all the French labels and thought it odd. Now moving forward ten years and the story becomes clear with what I observed in the Gorge and the sorted tales of the CRZY and the PIR.
