I'm glad someone else took notice of this observation car. I got an up close look at it (same weekend) when the 765 pulled this passenger consist into the yard at Owosso. I didn't know they placed oscillating Mars lights on the rear of observation cars until I saw this one. It was pretty neat to see it up close.
