Green bridge to the left of the cars was swept away by the floods from Hurricane Agnes in June 1972, which put the Old Main Line out of service until it was rebuilt in 1975. The station in the background is now a quality restaurant.

Looking at the "well dressed" crowd, this has to be some kind of special excursion, as passenger service on the "Old Main" was long-gone by 1969. B&O would occasionally run this many RDCs together on DC commuter trains before MARC took over operation of this service.
