MPI in Boise sure makes a great locomotive. MP36PH-3C is a fine commuter loco for passenger purposes. My cousin had the opportunity to drive one of the Front Runner locomotives of the same description above. He was thrilled of its 79 MPH ability. Specs indicate it will run at 106 MPH when needed.
