Mr. Harris, I agree on this portion of railroad. Was in Vicksburg one day a couple of years ago. The sound of an east bound climbing out of the river bottom near downtown sounded like it was trying to get over the rocky mountains. I don't know the grade of that stretch, but it's a struggle.
