Posted by Bullet69 on February 10, 2016  Back when I worked there the Shakopee power was always the Soo 4598 and the CP 4599. Both units bought specifically for that job. Every once in a while they used them to deliever the coal to NSP, but otherwise on the Shakopee Patrol.
