This is interesting and different, are the trucks that dusty or are they painted a light color, such as silver, instead of the usual dark blue? If I had the cash I'd pick up another HO scale GP40 just to make it look like this.

Trucks are silver. 4100 - 4112 were delivered with silver trucks. About a dozen B&O blue units also received the treatment.
