Posted by lancasterguy on April 15, 2016  When I rode the EL I was amazed at how close to office and apartment windows the tracks go, I rode the Purple Line to Evanston the train went right back of an apartment house across from Wrigley Field and they were clearly growing several planters of pot plants on their back porch.
