Oh great - let me translate that for you - "preparation for new landscaping to block your view of trains." Any time they "landscape" any "park" near a rail line, you can count on them assuming "train = eyesore," and doing everything they can to "visually separate" the "park" from the "nuisance" rail line. IOW, another photo spot soon to go down the dumper.

P.S. Last time I was there, about two years later, it was once again "overrun with scrub brush and weeds" - looks like they didn't do their "landscaping" fast enough, lol.
