Typo on the 1985 date, possibly? Those wide cab GEs didn't arrive on theC&NW until 1994, I believe. And that double track restoration happened, if I recall, in the late nineties.

Thanks. Beautiful shot. Great composition, sharpness and depth of field. Those old beasts really looked good when they were new (this coming from a die-hard EMD fan). Wish C&NW had lasted long enough to maybe get some a few SD9043MACs or SD70Ms into that scheme.
